Chef Danny Serfer is pulling double kitchen duty these days, at Blue Collar (his MiMo comfort-food haven) and Mignonette (his downtown/Edgewater oyster bar that rolls out a new brunch service this weekend, Saturday and Sunday 11:30 a.m.-3 p.m.). Here’s where Serfer eats when he’s not cooking:
