Meat Market, a mainstay on Lincoln Road in Miami Beach since 2008, has just opened a Palm Beach location, following a 2013 expansion to San Juan, Puerto Rico. Needless to say, executive chef Sean Brasel keeps busy. Here’s where Brasel eats on rare nights off:
