The Dutch revives its popular weekly barbecue series “Bourbon, Beer and ‘Cue” for the month of July. Every Wednesday evening in July from 7 p.m. to close in The Dutch’s back yard, aka the Grove, local chefs will team up for a night of grilling, cocktails and family-style dining. Dinners also include a line-up of seasonal pies and desserts whipped up by The Dutch’s pastry guru Josh Gripper.
Tickets to the weekly BBQ series are $40 per person, including tax and gratuity; excluding beverages. In addition to refreshing bourbon libations, The Dutch will also partner with local breweries to highlight several limited small batch brews perfect for the summer BBQ season.
The line-up for this year’s month-long Bourbon, Beer and ‘Cue series is as follows:
Wednesday, July 1st: Classic Southern BBQ Guest Chef: Aaron Brooks of EDGE Steak & Bar
Wednesday, July 8th: Arrosti Italiani Guest Chefs: Matt Depante and Justin Flit of Proof Pizza and Pasta
Wednesday, July 15th: Brazilian Rodizio Churascarria The Dutch’s chef Adonay Tafur will prepare a lineup of traditional Brazilian roasted meats
Wednesday, July 22nd: Polynesian BBQ Guest Chef & Mixologist: Timon Balloo of Sugarcane and Robert Ferrara of The Rum Line
Wednesday, July 29th: Barbacoa Guest Chefs: Steve Santana of Taquiza and Xavier Torres of Drunken Dragon
