Big news for the Biltmore – the Coral Gables mainstay welcomes a new chef & new pool this month. Chef du Cusine Arnaud Berthelier (The Peninsula Shanghai) has taken over the kitchen at Palme d’Or, adding dishes like Thai-influenced heirloom tomatoes, compressed watermelon salad and halibut with morel mushrooms. Additionally, the Biltmore is unveiling its restored pool as the final phase of its $1.5 million exterior restoration project. 1200 Anastasia Ave, Coral Gables
