Fontainebleau ($45-$75): The resort’s Vida and Blade Sushi offer prix-fixe Thanksgiving dinner 5-10 p.m. for $45 a person; the new Stripsteak will serve Thanksgiving brunch noon-4 p.m. for $65, and Scarpetta, Michael Mina 74 and Stripstreak will have prix-fixe dinner menus for $75. L’echon Brasserie ($45): From noon to 8 p.m., pick three courses plus share in family-style side dishes. Il Mulino South Beach ($50): From 5:30 to 11 p.m., Il Mulino New York’s newest outpost hosts a family-style Thanksgiving dinner that includes fresh mozzarella with grilled vegetables, roasted turkey with chestnut-sausage stuffing, green beans marinara, plus pumpkin cheesecake. The Setai ($95, $45 for kids – brunch; $110, $55 for kids – dinner): Live jazz and Flamenco accompany a Thanksgiving brunch buffet from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at The Restaurant. For dinner, 6-11 p.m., a four-course menu includes foie gras torchon with apricot-pineapple chutney, Maine lobster with fall vegetables, and a chocolate bar with black-currant sorbet. (Nov. 28) Tongue & Cheek: The restaurant’s Black Friday Boozy Brunch just got a little more festive: Tongue & Cheek will have a keg of Goose Island’s coveted Bourbon County Brand Stout, the new 2014 vintage. Ikra ($75): New Russian restaurant Ikra is serving a family-style Thanksgiving meal starting at 7 p.m. with 13 international appetizers and sides — cold cuts, herring, gravlax, pickled tomatoes, eggplant salad — plus steak, turkey, pumpkin pie and a specialty cocktail. Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour ($95): From 2 to 8 p.m., enjoy composed salads, chilled seafood, sushi and ceviche, traditional holiday carving stations featuring turkey, ham and prime rib, and a dessert bar with warm walnut apple cobbler and much more. 15th & Vine Kitchen and Bar ($35 lunch, $65 dinner): Family-style meal served for lunch or dinner includes roasted beet and calabaza salad, jerk-roasted turkey roulade, boniato gnocchi, carnitas and roasted brussels sprouts, mashed mojo yuca, mofongo, Florida citrus compote, cheesy biscuits, pumpkin flan and apple pie. db Bistro Moderne ($60): Chef Jason Pringle’s three-course meal centers on a traditional roasted turkey with cornbread stuffing and other trimmings. (Nov. 29) Ortanique: What to do with those leftovers? Let chef Cindy Hutson show you.
