Timon Balloo is ending Sugarcane’s Dinner with Friends series with a bang on Monday, Jan 28. The final evening in the series welcomes Paula DaSilva (1500°), Dean James Max (3030 Ocean), Jeff McInnis (Yardbird), Jose Mendin (Pubbelly) and Antonio Bachour (St. Regis Bal Harbour Hotel) into the restaurant’s kitchen.
