Sugar Factory American Brasserie is opening its first Miami location in June at the Victor Hotel with a second one opening late summer on Lincoln Road. The 5,000-square-foot brasserie and retail store has an ice cream and coffee shop, an indoor brasserie dining room, two outdoor patios and a bulk candy store.
The menu has everything from pancakes and sweet and savory crepes to salads, burgers and pizzas. There’s fried mac & cheese, mini burgers, big burgers, bulk candy and the King Kong Sundae–24 scoop of ice cream, candy, gummy bears, cookies, bananas, unicorn and fairy dust–that’s enough to serve the entire Kardashian Jenner klan, some of whom will be down on June 19 for the official grand opening hosted by Kylie Jenner and featuring DJ Irie.
If that’s enough to make you want to drink, consider cocktails such as the Sour Apple Lolly Martini, finished off with a Pop Rocks rim and lollipop in the glass.
