South Beach gets a bit more international this month as SooWoo teppanyaki kitchen opens on Washington Ave. Located in the former Outback Steakhouse space, SooWoo promises an eclectic mix of Japanese and Korean eats – think gochoo, bibimbop and sushi in addition to 12 teppanyaki tables.
Eater reports hoisin-marinated hangar steak, crispy duck breast, scallop sashimi and live uni with white truffle will all be on the menu.
