Treat yourself to a bit of indulgence as Quattro launches a specialty a la carte truffle menu. Available through the end of the year, the menu features white truffles from Alba.
Available at lunch and dinner, the truffle choices include fontina cheese fondue, tartare of filet mignon, “Langhe” tagliolini in Italian butter sauce, sliced filet mignon and veal scaloppini with truffle butter sauce. All plates come with two grams of Alba white truffles shaved on top.
