The South Beach grab & go lunch skews a bit more gourmet this summer as Michael Pirolo (Macchialina) launches a new pop-up restaurant Pirolo’s Panino inside Macchialina. Open Tuesday-Saturday from 12-3pm beginning June 4, Pirolo’s Panino is billed as a “casual New York/Philly-inspired sandwich shop.” Look for paninis, salads, sides, craft beers and vintage sodas. Highlights include the Banh Mi(lano) with testa, mortadella and Asian pickles, a lobster roll, a summer salad with escarole, pistachios, peaches, goat cheese and lemon vinaigrette and house-made pickles, waffle fries, cabbage slaw and roasted burnt-end potatoes. 804 Alton Rd, Miami Beach; 305-534-2124
