PBS Chef Irie's May 7 Hidden Kitchen collaboration

On the heels of the Miami premier of his national PBS Television series, “Taste the Islands with Chef Irie”, Hugh Sinclair is emerging at 7 p.m. Thursday, May 7 at the Hidden Kitchen where he will collaborate with chef Michael Jacobs on a multi-course menu that’s  $115 with boze and $95 without. “I am honored to work alongside Chef Jacobs to make this an evening you will remember for years to come”, said Sinclair, adding “Miami is a foodie town and I love being a part of the South Florida Food experience.”  Here’s a sample of some of the menu:
