Oceanaire celebrates Jamaican Independence Day August 2013

Toast Jamaica this August as Oceanaire celebrates Jamaican Independence Day (August 6). Throughout August, executive chef Kareem Anguin (a native of Jamaica) will present a specialty a la carte menu featuring  grilled pineapple and mixed green salad,  red stripe steamed P.E.I mussels, grilled jerked Panamanian black grouper, pan seared New Bedford sea scallops “Land & Sea” with braised short ribs (pictured) and whole fried Key West yellowtail snapper “Escovitch.” 900 S Miami Ave, Miami; 305-372-8862
