It’s still Dolores but now you can call her…Miami Smokers?
The restaurant Dolores But You Can Call Me Lolita is teaming with new Brickell neighbor Miami Smokers for a summer pop up at Dolores. The two restaurants are combining on tapas that will be available in the downstairs patio.
Dishes from both restaurants will be available, but the hook are the new dishes they created together. Take Dolores’ bechamel sauce and combine it with the smoke house’s bacon for a unique croqueta to go with a guava gastrique. It’s just one of the dishes the two restaurants have created together.
Miami Smokers, whose first location is in Little Havana, recently took over the location that belonged to Sushi Maki, which expanded to a larger space at 1036 S. Miami Ave.
Miami Smokers moved into Brickell as they were featured on the Food Network’s “Diners, Drive ins and Dives” in May.
