Jugofresh founder Matthew Sherman and executive chef Darren “Paco” Laszlo are opening a pop-up restaurant at the juice bar’s South Pointe location (40 South Pointe Dr.) in Miami Beach.
Projected to start July 23, the newly minted Jugofresh R+D Kitchen will serve dinner Thursday-Saturday and brunch Saturday-Sunday. The location will continue to operate as normal during daytime hours, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Look for “fresh and flavorful plant-based food” using seasonal ingredients in a relaxed, casual atmosphere, Jugofresh communications director Megan Pope says. Juice mocktails, sake cocktails, beer and organic/vegan wine also are on the menu.
