You know what you can do with that terrible Christmas gift? Eat it.
One South Florida Burger King is putting a new spin on regifting. The Burger King at 910 Arthur Godrey will exchange your bummer of a Christmas gift for a gift-wrapped Whopper hamburger.
That may not sounds so great if you snagged that NES Classic you’ve been hunting unsuccessfully. But it makes a good option if you’ve gotten your third cinnamon-scented Yankee Candle. All the junked gifts will be donated to charity.
The exchange will take place Dec. 26 from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Those who can’t make it to the restaurant can post a picture of their sad gift on social media with the hashtag #WhopperExchange. The first 100 will receive some sort of special gift from Burger King HQ. Only select Burger Kings around the country are participating in the promotion. The Miami Beach location is the only one in South Florida.
