The Culver City, California chef will join Michael Schwartz in prepping a four course family-style meal. Highlights include a welcome Bee Sting cocktail, ricotta cheese toasts, Florida squid pearl barley, Southland cioppino, suckling pork porchetta shelling beans and apricot almond tart.
