Go 'Undercover' with Edge Steak & Bar in Miami on Aug. 23

Executive chef Aaron Brooks and his team at Edge Steak & Bar in the Four Seasons Miami (1435 Brickell Ave.) will lead diners on a culinary adventure starting at noon on Sunday, Aug. 23.

Four Seasons Undercover, a new dining series the luxury hotel chain is rolling out nationwide, includes an undisclosed menu and location, putting guests in Brooks’ hands for the afternoon. Tickets are $70 a person, available through EventBrite.

Participants won’t find out details until just before the event. But the hotel and restaurant will tweet clues leading up to the big reveal.
