The Altamare team officially hits the mainland Monday (Aug 20) as restaurateur Claudio Giordano and chef Simon Stojanovic open TIKL Raw Bar & Grill on Brickell Ave. The “chef-driven, shared plates” menu features snacks, raw, small, robata, skewer and large sections – think bacon toast, lobster salad and beef cheek.
