Get a first bite of Swine at Yardbird

Get an early taste of Swine Southern Table & Bar (coming to the Gables this fall) as chef Kenny Gilbert helms the kitchen at Yardbird’s Midnight Chef’s Table Series Friday, Aug 31. Menu is tbd, but expect heritage-bred pork, locally sourced ingredients & a hefty bourbon or two. Invest $55 and enjoy a welcome drink, an after dinner cocktail & a family-style feast. The complete Midnight Chef’s Table Series line-up includes:

  • Riesling Dinner: 3 pours with Riesling paired dishes, $55/person – August 10
  • Sean Brassel (Meat Market) – August 17
  • Jason Smith (Steak 954) – August 24
  •  Kenny Gilbert (50 Eggs’ Corporate Chef) August 31 – Will be offering a preview of Swine Southern Table & Bar
  • September 7 – Chef Giorgio Rapicavoli (Eating House)
