Foodie Gurus, Forest Trace seek recipes

Friday is the deadline for recipe submissions to 21st Century Cuisine: Farm to Table by Our Most Celebrated Chefs, a coffee-table style cookbook being compiled by Aventura-based Foodie Gurus Patricia and Claude Bethuel. Forest Trace in Lauderhill invites matzoh-ball mavens to enter their recipes in its annual contest. The top recipe will be featured on the senior residence’s menu, and a $100 donation will be made to the charity of the winner’s choice. Send entries to by March 20.
