Eating House‘s Giorgio Rapicavoli is a Chopped champ, a James Beard Award nominee and, on Tuesday and Wednesday June 21-22, he will be an erstwhile Azul collaborator as he teams with chef Benjamin Murray for a two-night collabo-menu available for $75 per person plus tax and tip. The six course menu is split between Murray and Rapicavoli. Themed cocktails and sake pairings are also available at $30 or $25 for wine pairings.
Highlights of the menu include Murray’s Corvina with nutty yellow romesco, seasonal Fingerlime, sushi rice and Thai basil, and Rapicavoli’s Duck with black truffle miso, Florida mushrooms and burnt sunchoke. Desserts will include Local Mango “Curd” and Citrus Textures with white chocolate, pink grapefruit and meyer lemon film.
The cocktail lineup includes the Edible cocktail with sweet sake basil granita, the Japanese cedar-smoked cocktail with duck fat washed whiskey, and gin infused with hibiscus and lavender in the Infused cocktail.
