Fans of MC Kitchen (and Brew in Miami!) know that the modern-Italian restaurant in Miami’s Design District gives serious attention to its craft beer program, which revolves around a deep, well-curated selection from Delaware’s Dogfish Head Brewery.
On Thursday, Dogfish Head founder Sam Calagione will join MC Kitchen chef-owner Dena Marino and her husband, beverage director Marcus Wade (that’s them in the picture on this post), in hosting a hybrid beer-wine-cigar dinner with stogies from Hollywood’s Alec Bradley Cigar Co.
The menu (see below) is definitely enough to knock the socks off any admirer of Dogfish Head’s specialty brews and of Marino’s rustic-meets-contemporary Italian cooking. Seats are $175 plus tax and tip and will include some take-home goodies from Dogfish and Alec Bradley. Call 305-456-9948 to reserve a spot.
