Pork will be the star of the show Sunday, April 21 as Cochon 555 arrives at the Four Seasons Miami. The traveling tour gathers five chefs, five pigs and five wineries at ten cities throughout the country, bringing messages of nose-to-tail cooking, breed diversity and family farming. Invest $125 and enjoy an “epic pork feast” prepared by Aaron Brooks (Four Season Miami), Timon Balloo (Sugarcane), Jeffrey McInnis (Yardbird), David Thomas (The Bazaar) and Cesar Zapata (The Federal). Guests and 20 judges will crown the winning “Prince of Pork” chef, who will move on to compete against other regional winners at the finale Grand Cochon event at the FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen this June. $125 general admission, $200 VIP, purchase tickets online.
