The pop-up restaurant arrives in the Gables this month as Eating House opens its doors Friday, Feb 3. Miami native and Chopped winner Giorgio Rapicavoli (660 at the Angler’s) is opening the restaurant with business partner Alex Cassanova. Scheduled to be open through August, Eating House will exist within Cafe Ponce (which serves breakfast and lunch) from 6pm-1am Tuesdays through Sundays. The menu changes daily and features only 20 items (including dessert), currently including Black Angus crudo, bone marrow, rabbit, 24-hour short rib and elderflower panna cotta.
