Chef Julie Frans brings healthy, flavorful eats to Essensia at the Palms

Healthy eats continue their reign at Essensia at the Palm as new signature chef Julie Frans assumes top kitchen duties. Fresh from Sat Diego, Frans is promising to deliver all the big buzzwords – “natural gourmet dining,” farm-to-table and “inventive” global cuisine. Standout menu items include calabaza & caramelized fennel soup, South Beach ceviche with local grouper, duck confit and Latin mojo spiced local wahoo. Bonus – the menu dishes out several dairy-free, gluten-free and vegetarian options.
