Fresh from Sat Diego, Frans is promising to deliver all the big buzzwords – “natural gourmet dining,” farm-to-table and “inventive” global cuisine. Standout menu items include calabaza & caramelized fennel soup, South Beach ceviche with local grouper, duck confit and Latin mojo spiced local wahoo. Bonus – the menu dishes out several dairy-free, gluten-free and vegetarian options.
