Miami food enthusiasts have certain must-attend events circled in their calendars each year, and this is one of them: Chef Jeremiah’s P.I.G. (Pork Is Good) throwdown in Wynwood.
Jeremiah, of gastroPod, has locked in 3-7 p.m. Nov. 15 as the time and date of the sixth iteration of the festival, which will happen at a Wynwood space TBA.
Tickets are $50 and include unlimited food, cocktails and craft beer. They are available through gastroPod’s Tock reservation system: gastropod.tocktix.com.
Joining Jeremiah to cook for the all-things-pig eatfest are chefs Steve Santana (Taquiza), Giorgio Rapicavoli (Eating House), Brad Kilgore (Alter), Brian Mullins (Ms. Cheezious), Aaron Brooks (Edge Steak & Bar), James Strine (Cafe Boulud), Roel Alcudia, Will Crandall (Izzy’s Fish & Oyster), Jamie DeRosa (Tongue & Cheek), Todd Erickson (Haven), Josh Gripper (The Dutch), Giselle Pinto (Sugar Yummy Mama) and Mike Pirolo (Bazi, Macchialina).
Also participating are visiting chefs Craig Deihl of Cypress in Charleston, S.C., and Kyle Foster of Colt & Gray and Rebel in Denver.
