Chef Adrianne to host a Prohibition-style Dark Dining ball in Coral Gables

Chef Adrianne (center) hosts an Eve of Prohibition ball on Oct. 23.

Chef Adrianne Calvo is putting on her annual charity gala this Friday at the Westin Colonnade in Coral Gables (180 Aragon Ave.). The Eve of Prohibition Ball, with a theme of 1920s glitz and glam, will benefit the Ronald McDonald House Charities of South Florida.

Guests will have two dining options, depending what ticket level they choose ($150-$250): a full-on, dining-in-the-dark, multicourse, seated meal from Chef Adrianne, or standing nibbles of appetizers and desserts with Bacardi and other cocktails, plus dancing and live entertainment.

Dress code: 1920s-themed attire.

Tickets and more information are available at darkdiningmiami.com.
