The restaurants, they are a changin’, as is BLT Steak at The Betsy, chef Laurent Tourondel’s signature spot,which is transitioning a bit this summer to re-debut as LT Steak & Seafood as, they tell us, “the crown jewel of the hotel’s culinary evolution.”
