Barton G revamps its menu

Barton G is greeting the New Year with a new menu. Executive chef Jeff O’Neill recently unveiled the new collection & it’s as over-the-top as its predecessor.  Look for Boarnie Madoff’s bucket of bones (beef & pork ribs, lamb chops & chicken drumettes), tipsy tuna (sesame-vodka marinated ahi tuna crudo, pictured above) and the great American filet (an 8oz filet served with a three-foot fork).
