Dinner gets a makeover this month as Asia de Cuba launches a ceviche/raw bar and “reimagined” menu. New additions include wild salmon & salted avocado helado ceviche, the paella maki roll (saffron rice, piquillo pepper, edamame, mussels, clams, rock shrimp, yellow mamenori, chorizo & a piquillo-chorizo emulsion – pictured), crispy octopus ajillo, wild coho salmon “en papel,” and Cantonese style whole yellowtail snapper. 1100 West Ave, Miami Beach; 305-514-1940
