Popular Fort Lauderdale brew house American Social has migrated south to land in the ground floor of the Neo Vertika luxury lofts on Brickell.
The self-dubbed “AmSo Brickell” will triple in size from its original location with the addition of 6,500-sqft. of interior space, 3,000-sqft. of canopied, waterfront dining along the Miami River, and 200-ft. of dockage for prime boat parking. Open for lunch, dinner and late night bites, up to 260 patrons can enjoy eating on the alfresco patio or indoors, with multiple seating options including comfortable, custom booths, high-top tables flanked by leather bar stools and designer furniture, a party room with waterfront bar or in a private dining room that accommodates up to 12 for more intimate celebrations.
AmSo’s full bar features masterfully mixed cocktails and an extensive craft beer menu with 52 draft beers and tabletop, pour-it-yourself brews on tap. VIPs and corporations can reserve private lockers starting at $1,600 a year that include complimentary bottles of Moet Chandon and Belvedere, guaranteed priority seating and a special invitation to three cocktail mixers in their honor.
Fans of the Las Olas AmSo will recognize popular menu items with a slight twist including Chicken and Waffles ($13.50), marinated strips of all natural, all white meat chicken breast flash fried golden brown with a vanilla bean waffle stuffed with Nueske bacon topped with a dollop of sweetened mascarpone cheese, cherries and bourbon maple syrup; Miami “Heater” Burger ($17), 8-oz. blend of beef, caramelized onions, Boursin cheese, jalapeno bacon and roasted mushrooms on a brioche bun and Poke Tuna Bites ($16), sushi grade Ahi Tuna, wakame, sesame seeds and guacamole mousse topped with mung beans.
