A reason for Miami foodies to drive north to Palm Beach

Miami, let your palate lead you north.

Chef Lindsay Autry, a Michelle Bernstein disciple at the Mandarin Oriental’s Azul and a “Top Chef” finalist, has followed a culinary pipeline from Miami to Palm Beach County, where Saturday she will debut her anticipated restaurant The Regional Kitchen and Public House.

Autry, who opened half a dozen restaurants as Bernstein’s sous chef in Mexico and the Caribbean, became a star on the 2012 Bravo TV show while she was working under Bernstein at Azul.

“It really feels like an expression of all my experiences,” Autry said. “It’s been really incredible to build something from the ground up.”
