Le Zoo: Restaurateur Stephen Starr’s French brasserie at the Bal Harbour Shops opens Nov. 16 in the former La Goulue.

Pisco y Nazca: The team behind Bulla Gastrobar in Coral Gables opens the doors to its Peruvian restaurant at The Palms at Town and Country on Nov. 19.

(Bulla and Pisco y Nazca are participating in Water Party MIA at the Four Seasons Miami on Nov. 13, a fundraiser to help provide clean water to a Nicaraguan community.) 

Da Tang Unique: Chinese-American businessman Shan-Jie Li, CEO of New York-based American Da Tang Group, is set to open his interpretation of a modern Chinese restaurant on Nov. 19 in the Four Ambassadors in Brickell. Li says Da Tang Unique will feature “a wide range of traditional Chinese dishes from the many distinctive regional cuisines of China, based on recipes that go back 5,000 years, combined with the local flavors of Miami [and] prepared with the highest-quality ingredients.”

Garzón: A Uruguay-inspired steakhouse opens in Mary Brickell Village on Nov. 19 along with two adjacent, sibling concepts: TuCandela, a Colombian nightclub, and Barú Latin Bar, making its return to Brickell.

3030 Ocean: The modern American seafood restaurant at the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach is back with a new look and a new chef after being closed for renovations since August. Chopped winner Adrienne Grenier is running the kitchen, which has its grand reopening Nov. 19.
