(Not Quite Open) Bar Mitzvah
In celebration of Purim, the Jewish holiday commemorating the deliverance of the Jews from a nasty, murderous plot, Jewish events website Nelly’s List is hosting a big Purim Masquerade at 8:30 p.m. Saturday, March 7 on the roof of The Gale, 1690 Collins Ave. A $20 cover gets you in. DJ/producer Miguel Milliones will provide the music and your own cold, hard cash will provide the booze at a “premier cash bar.” The party moves down to the Rec Room where DJ Ideal and DJ Aliyo spin. Party goes until “you can’t tell the difference between Haman and Mordechai” and or you ran out of money at the cash bar. Masks are strongly recommended.
