Party Patrol – Miami – Feb. 23-26

Only 2 weeks away until March and there’s no shortage of things to keep us busy in South Florida.  This week the madness begins with the Food Network’s South Beach Wine & Food Festival taking over with celebrities flocking to our city from all over.  From fine dining to great music this week is packed with events to keep everyone satisfied.  Get to the beach and prepare for good times- here are my top party picks.

Thursday, Feb. 23rd 

**Bonus Pick**
The Q After Dark at the Delano Beachside

1685 Collins Ave., Miami Beach, FL

Get in to the SBWFF spirit with a beachside fiesta at the Delano Hotel.  Thursday night head over to the Moët Hennessy’s The Q After Dark from 10 p.m. till 1 a.m. featuring music by special guest DJ Ruckus. This event will showcase the bold flavors of Moët & Chandon Champagne, Belvedere Vodka, Hennessy VS Cognac and Grand Marnier in cocktails mixed up by master mixologist Tony Abou-Ganim.  Tickets for the Q include admission for the Q After Dark and are available for $100.  

Sander Kleinenberg & Pleasurekraft
4441 Collins Ave., Miami Beach, FL

Following Q After Dark, make your way over to LIV for a night with Dutch DJ/Producer Sander Kleinenberg and the DJ Duo team Pleasurekraft alongside resident Mednas.  Dance to hits like “Chemically,”  “This is Everybody,” and the club anthem “Tarantula.”  It’s a night of electro, trance, and tech house, so get your dancing shoes ready.

Whiskey Blue Fridays at the W

401 North Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd., Ft. Lauderdale, FL

Take a trip to the W Ft. Lauderdale for a new Friday night event featuring music by resident DJ A-Train.  Enjoy $6 premium well drinks and beer from 6-10 p.m., then keep the party going with $225 Grey Goose bottle specials. 

Hot Pink Delorean at Louis Bar and Lounge
2325 Collins Ave., Miami Beach, FL

If you’re staying local, I suggest heading to Louis Bar and Lounge at the Perry Hotel and party it up with the guys from Hot Pink Delorean (the guys behind the hit “Party Crashers”) for Downright Fridays with an opening set by LazerDisk Party Sex.  Dance to some of the best in electro and dubstep as you get lost in the pretty lights with the elite trendsetting hipsters who love to live it up long in to the morning hours.

Saturday, Feb. 25th     

Junior Sanchez at Wall

This week Wall Lounge at the W South Beach invites you to join special guest DJ/Producer Junior Sanchez for the release of his latest mix album out on Nervous Records.  Enjoy a night of progressive house as you dance alongside some of Miami’s finest socialites in one of the most buzzed about clubs on the beach.  Some of his latest hits include the fan favorite “Lucky Star” and “Crush.”

Door opens at 11pm, dress code strictly enforced (admission at the discretion of the doorman), and you must be 21+ to get in.  Table reservations are highly suggested.

Sunday, Feb. 26th    

Jordan V at SET

Don’t feel like staying in on Sunday, no worries. Head to SET nightclub for a little electro house as special guest Jordan V takes over Movement Sundays alongside resident Louis Dee.   It all kicks off at 11 p.m., you must be 21+ to get in, and tickets are only $20 in advance.
