KLIMA wants to be Miami Beach’s most authentic Spanish restaurant

The bar

KLIMA Restaurant & Bar

The vibe

Warm, inviting, a just the right combination of sophisticated and laid-back, KLIMA has a knack for making guests feel as though they’re dining in a private home (a very well-decorated one). Dark woods, bookshelves, and accents of lush plant-life fill the eye while a diverse bouquet of spices and smoke from the restaurant’s Josper Oven tease the senses.

Something to sip

KLIMA’s Pisco Sour cocktail is a flawless ode to the classic, combining Pisco Barsol Quebranta, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, Angostura bitters and, of course, an egg white for a velvety froth and finish.

Other sips

While KLIMA’s cocktail menu offers a wide and creative range of cocktails, each drink manages to feel like a tested classic (even if you’ve never heard of it before). For something light, refreshing and floral, the Latitude 41 combines Bombay Gin, fresh cucumber juice, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and lavender bitters. Gaudi’s Punch, on the other hand, is a fruity concoction of Kettle One Vodka, St. Germaine, blueberries, raspberries, mint, fresh lime juice, and orange bitters. For something dark, smoky and just the right amount of sweet. Cambio Klimatico (or climate change) features Zacapa 23, Carpano Antica Formula, Johnnie Walker Black, Kalhua, and chocolate bitters

Something to savor

KLIMA’s menu offers a diverse collection of Catalan-Mediterranean-inspired dishes based largely on seasonal and locally-sourced fresh ingredients. The restaurant also offers a tapas menu perfect for groups or couples looking to explore a wide range of flavors (without filling up fast). Start with the Fennel Carpaccio, served with olives and oven dried tomatoes on a bed of stracciatella and garnished with citrus vinaigrette. Then, opt for the Lamb Shank, cooked in the Josper Oven and served on fingerling potato puree, with a side of seared brussel sprouts and confit shallots. Order a side of Patatas Bravas and cap off your meal with a Crema Catalana.
