The story: The new Saturday spot for brunch on South Beach features fresh-from-Florida dishes, live jazz by local musician Phoenix Rivera, and— wait for it— the option to indulge in bottomless Gin Punch. Head bartender Jack Araque (formerly of Edge, Steak & Bar at Four Seasons) invites you to the Art Deco hotel to sip on a potent punch he makes with his preferred gin, house-made limoncello, lychee juice, fresh grapefruit juice, and Angostura bitters. It’s topped with Champagne or sparkling wine, green apple slices, and aromatic sage leaves. For Araque’s limoncello, an Italian liqueur, lemon zest is steeped for a week in vodka, mixed with simple syrup and then aged for four more days. Brunch will never be the same.
