The story: Bagatelle is one of the newest restaurants to open in South Beach and it’s already become a magnet for the eye-catching jet set crowd that adores the brand’s other locations in magical cities like St. Barths and St. Tropez. Here, we recommend trying chef Matthieu Godard’s modern French cuisine along with the Banjan Groove, a simple and refreshing vodka-based cocktail. The bartenders muddle fresh cucumber, mint and basil and then spike the ingredients with Grey Goose Pear, Falernum (spiced almond, lime, and vanilla liqueur), and coconut water. It’s dangerously smooth and lives up to it’s name: Banjan means devil!
Where to find it: Bagatelle, 2000 Collins Ave., Miami Beach.
