Shakira's mansion reportedly back on the market

Hips, Shakira sings, don’t lie. The local real estate listings, however, do — at least about her Miami Beach house. While the singer’s waterfront place at 3140 North Bay Road was taken off the market months ago, a Realtor who works the area says she’s been quietly sending potential buyers to Shakira’s property.

“Good real estate agents know the properties that are not in plain sight,” says Douglas Elliman agent Robin Kluge. “I sent a client two weeks ago.” How much? “It’s $13 million,” Kluge says. “And with the market being on fire right now, I wouldn’t be shocked if it got that much.”

The feng shui-style minimalist mansion, which boasts six bedrooms and a large dock, was first listed in mid-2013 for $14.9 million. Shakira, 37, a former judge on The Voice, reduced the asking price to $12.9 million in January. But she eventually de-listed it in March, shortly after we revealed that Shakira’s Realtor, Tony Yunez, had ties with the Colombian drug cartels.
