Roy Black, the Miami attorney who has represented the likes of Justin Bieber and radio talker Rush Limbaugh, is going for a real estate score in Miami Beach. Black and his wife, Real Housewives of Miami grande dame Lea Black, just listed their Star Island property for $18 million, according to real estate records. They bought the house at 45 Star Island Dr. in 2011 for $7.1 million, according to Miami-Dade County archives, and once considered moving in. When they opted against that, they listed it for rent for $45,000 a month. It’s a 10,000-square-foot behemoth with 10 bedrooms and 10 1/2 bathrooms built in 1981 with 190 feet of waterfront and a dock. “At one time we were considering a move to Star Island, but we decided we enjoyed living in Coral Gables and in our historical house,” Black said.
