Miami Latin-pop star Prince Royce used the commercial success of hits like Darte un Beso to buy himself a nice crib in Coral Gables in 2013. Royce plunked down $2.35 million for the 5,200-square-foot crib on North Prospect Drive. Thing is, there are property taxes to be paid, and according to records, they’re not. And he owes $40,504 for 2014. And since Royce didn’t pay by April, the property is considered to be delinquent. Earlier this month, county authorities sold the debt to a New Orleans company that could snag the house for next to nothing if Prince doesn’t show up with the cash. Royce’s publicist didn’t respond to an email for comment.
