Rapper Missy Elliott has unloaded the Aventura condo she owned for 12 years. Miami-Dade County records show Elliott, 42, the singer of Get Ur Freak On, just sold her 4,500-square-foot apartment for $1.45 million, short of the $1.92 million asking price. The digs are on the 19th floor of 2600 Island Blvd., in fancy Williams Island. Elliott bought it brand new in 2002 for $1.3 million. But the singer gutted the place and made it so outrageous that it was featured on MTV Cribs, a show about the homes of celebrities. She built a waterfall, koi pond and several giant aquariums for which walls were brought down. Elliott also had a bathroom destroyed so she could build a closet for her sneakers collection. Her bed was the replica of a Ferrari, and a television would emerge hydraulically from the hood at the foot of the bed. None of it was left when high-profile Realtor Joel Matus bought the place — except for the home theater. “It was a little outdated so she left it,” Matus said. “I threw everything out. I got a good deal on the condo, but I’m putting $300,000 into it. It was unused. “I’m basically building the walls back up and putting back the bathroom she knocked down. The apartment was kind of disfigured.”
