Sofia Vergara gets a break: Nick Loeb’s embryo lawsuit thrown out

Delray Beach entrepreneur Nick Loeb isn’t going to be a father anytime soon.

Well, maybe but not to Sofia Vergara’s kids.

The Onion Crunch founder has lost his case against his famous ex girlfriend, with whom he, um, made a pair of frozen embryos back in 2013, when they were a couple. Vergara is currently happily married to Magic Mike hunk Joe Manganiello, so if the Colombian bombshell is making any babies, it would be him. Are we right?

A Louisiana judge just threw out Loeb’s lawsuit, saying it was filed in the wrong state (apparently, this is where they planned a future together but the two female embryos were conceived in California). The New York Daily News reports Loeb likely filed in Louisiana due to its favorable legislation protecting the rights of the unborn.

TMZ reports it is unclear if Loeb will file elsewhere.

He lives part time in L.A. trying out the old acting thing. His next movie, according to IMDB, is called American Brawler.
