Wait, isn’t that Paul Rodriguez? Apparently some directors still make movies in Miami.

Not all the film productions have left Miami since the incentives were taken away

Paul Rodriguez (“Beverly Hills Chihuahua,” “Ali”)  and Patricia De Leon (“Magic City,” “Men of a Certain Age”) were spotted yesterday on South Beach’s Pine Tree Drive, filming a scene for the upcoming film “Chateau Vato.”

The film, directed by Tom Musca, is about an impoverished Latino family that squats in a lavish Miami mansion, assuming an upper-class lifestyle.

De Leon, who is known around  Miami for her role on “Perro Amor,” noted, “It’s been great to work in Miami again. There’s such a sense of pride in this city.”
