Marc Anthony barely got to grieve, and there he was, front and center, performing at Hard Rock Stadium Saturday night, two days after his beloved mother’s death.

The Grammy winner announced the sad news on Thursday via Twitter:
‘Today at 12:10pm my family’s hero, our rock, our protector, inspiration and now ANGEL passed away.”
Despite the family tragedy, Anthony kept on keeping on as one of the acts at the El Clasico International Champions Cup, a well publicized soccer match between FC Barcelona and Real Madrid (FC Barca won, by the way).
And the salsa singer was a true pro, like always.
You would have never known that he had lost his mother, Guillermina Quiñones, such a short time ago. He belted out songs such as I Need to Know, Vivir Mi Vida and Tu Amor Me Hace Bien (Your Love Does Me Good).
Earlier in the day, his famous ex, um that would be Jennifer Lopez, paid tribute to her ex mother in law, who died of unknown causes in Puerto Rico.
The entertainer posted a pic of her third husband with his SIX children (four from previous relationships) with the caption, ‘Just what the doctor ordered…Surrounded by love.”
