Luis Miguel might be a top-rated Latin crooner, but he’s not much of a real estate investor. The Mexican superstar lost his shirt when, in 2012, he sold his Brickell condo high atop downtown Miami. The singer’s 46th-floor penthouse at the Jade at Brickell Bay brought in $2million — not a penny more than what what he bought it for eight years earlier. Now, the La Incondicional singer’s old condo is back on the market. Price tag: $4.29 million. And to add insult to injury, the investor owners are advertising the crib as “designed for international singer and composer Luis Miguel.”
