Another victory for Miami-based attorney Raymond Rafool. His client Linda Bollea (formerly Linda Hogan) was sued by ex beau Charlie Hill in California for back pay for what he described as “menial labor” during their short-lived romance. Hogan countersued Hill in Miami via Rafool for violating a prior settlement and confidentiality agreement by bringing the California lawsuit and dishing on their relationship on Entertainment Tonight. On Dec. 3, Hill’s complaint was dismissed by a California court because he brought his lawsuit in the wrong state, and on Jan. 5, the Miami court ruled that Hill already released Hogan from all claimed liability and that Hill is prohibited from talking about Linda Hogan, her life, their life and her businesses.
