Lenny Kravitz was presented with the Housing Works “Giving by Design” Award Saturday at the Design on a Dime Miami benefit and sale at The Moore Building. The singer-songwriter, who was honored for his work in interior design and on HIV/AIDS, said to the packed room, “A cure is around the corner.” Shortly after Kravitz took the stage in his signature jacket-and-jeans style, a swarm of fans crowded the singer as he left the event.
