Khloe Kardashian isn’t pregnant yet, but hubby Lamar Odom seems to be in a family way.The L.A. Laker player has sued his baby mama over visitation and support of their two kids. They had been estranged. In his petition, Odom asked a judge to set a “parental access schedule” and “reasonable child support,” the New York Post reports. Now Liza Morales is fighting back, telling The Post that her ex “basically checked out as a father four years ago.” Odom and Morales, who never married, had three children. Their youngest, Jayden, died from SIDS in 2006. GIVE IT ANOTHERSHOT Giuliana and Bill Rancic are determined to conceive. The Style Network’s Giuliana and Bill star tells Us Magazine that she is still undergoing in vitro fertilization treatments, getting as many as 63 fertility shots each month. The E! host, 36, conceived with IVF a few months ago but miscarried. HONEYMOON GLOW Good news for newlywed Russell Brand — he’s basically in the clear over a spat with a photographer at LAX. The comedian — who recently married Katy Perry — was arrested at the airport in September and had been facing a charge of misdemeanor simple battery. The incident was captured on video while Brand and Perry were swarmed by paparazzi as they entered a Delta terminal. Brand is seen hitting a camera. LAX has been the site of several dustups between celebs and paparazzi. Kanye West was charged with misdemeanor battery, vandalism and grand theft for breaking a flash in 2008. MOVING RIGHT ALONG Has Chris Brown been rehabilitated? A judge commended the singer for working hard to complete his probation for last year’s attack on his then-girlfriend, Rihanna. L.A. Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg said Brown has completed roughly 73 of 180 days of community service and is almost finished with domestic violence counseling. “Out of thousands of probationers, no one has done a better or more consistent job than you have,” Schnegg told Brown. WHAT A BARGAIN They may model for Gucci, but Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony aren’t total snobs. The couple is launching a line of clothes and accessories at mid-price department store Kohl’s. It’ll be for men and women. DO NOT PASS GO Wesley Snipes must surrender to authorities to serve a three-year prison sentence for tax related crimes. A judge rejected a motion to review the Blade star’s sentence and ar request for a new trial.
