The Situation is in good financial straits.The Hollywood Reporter says that the popular Jersey Shore cast member could pull down as much as $5 million by the end of 2011. Between his MTV salary, endorsement deals, his own branded products and other ab-baring opportunities, the 29-year-old fitness buff is in good shape – literally and figuratively. Now if only he could dance. Guilty as charged Speaking of MTV beach bums, fellow JS roomie Ronnie Ortiz-Magro has pleaded not guilty to an aggravated-assault charge. The charge stems from a Sept. 4, 2009, fight outside a Seaside Heights, N.J., nightclub. Ortiz-Magro knocked another man unconscious during the fight, which was shown during an episode of the first season. The charge carries a potential prison term of up to five years. The other man in the fight also has filed a lawsuit against Ronnie, as well as MTV. Charlie speaks Charlie Sheen may want to put a lid on it. During a chat on DirecTV/Fox Sports Radio’s The Dan Patrick Show, the bad boy opened up about his problems, which he doesn’t see as, well, problems. The thing is? He likes his life and doesn’t want to change a thing. Among the gems he spewed: “I was sober for five years a long time ago and was just bored out of my tree,’’ the actor said. “It’s inauthentic; it’s not who I am.’’ The star of Two and a Half Men does think he needs to get out of at-home rehab and get back to work, though. “I heal really quickly. But I unravel pretty quickly. So get me right now, guys,’’ he said, referring to CBS producers. The show is scheduled to return to production Feb. 28. La Liz update Heart trouble is keeping Elizabeth Taylor hospitalized in Los Angeles, but her publicist says the 78-year-old actress is OK and has been visiting with family and friends. Taylor publicist Sally Morrison said Tuesday that the legendary Oscar winner is comfortable at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Taylor was taken there last week to be treated for symptoms of congestive heart failure, a condition she disclosed in November 2004.
